Here are our Offerings.

• Onsite Services: We come to you! Our technician comes to your Home or Office to provide you fast, courteous, and efficient service for your Computer and Telephony needs.
• Offsite Services: In-shop work, if it is determined that your equipment requires more extensive work than can be done economically Onsite, we offer a flat rate (labor) for In-shop work.

We are unable to provide pricing estimates for many of our services, due to the unique nature of each computer system.
We may offer free estimates at your home or office. Call for an appointment and more details.

Onsite Service.

• Call by Call:

This is Service rendered on a “call by call” basis. These calls can be for any  incident. Each call will be billed at an hourly rate after the first 1.5 hours of Service. Minimum cost is fixed.

• Monthly Maintenance:

This Service is for an ongoing monthly retainer. You will get x hours a month plus additional hours at a reduced rate. This gives you a discount off the “Call by Call” rate for business users.

** A trip charge or minimum hours may be applied if you are outside the normal service area.
